Thing I love to do or visit in Sussex

Hello There! I'm Kayleigh. A Twenty something adult from the heart of Sussex, just along the south coast of England. Thank you for taking a look at my corner of the internet. I love Books, Tea, Plants, White Wine, Home Interior and everything Disney! On my blog, you'll find lots of lifestyle posts on being an actual adult . . . anyone else feel like they aren't responsible enough? Adulthood is a journey that we are constantly learning new lessons or gaining new experiences as well as dealing with the struggles we may face. I'm a huge believer in positivity and trying to find the positive in a situation rather than focusing on the negative of the situation. I struggle with anxiety, I know what it's like to live with a head full of worries as well as the ongoing battles you face. If you want to know more, just let me know and thank you for taking a look around!

Forget the haters!! ♥

Today's blog starts off with a quote.

Of course there are certain things that get to me, but I try and lead by example and show people that, especially with haters, that you should just ignore them. - Kesha

Everyone has them. I know I do and I'm not famous, successful, rich . . . the list goes on. .. . . . . .

I'm just a regular person who goes to work, comes home, sleeps and then does the whole thing the next day. Unless it's the weekend then I'll do something different!

The point I'm trying to make here is that everyone has haters and you don't have to be a celeb to have them.

The thing about haters is that they comment about every bit of your life. Whether it be something that you did and you meant it to be good or something bad. It doesn't matter, no matter what they'll always moan or make a comment. And the thing is, it's none of their business what you do with your life!

In my own experience 'haters' have talked about my relationship, my life . . . . everything! And if people want to gossip then that's fine with me. But when you say things that aren't true, that's what annoys me the most!

The most annoying thing is when 'Haters' are fake to your face but given a chance will stab you in the back. And it's a shame cause sometimes you give people chances but when do you say enough is enough?

To deal with haters, it's best to ignore them and get on with your life. The more you react to the things they say and do, the more they want that response. Even if the things they say are hurtful, untrue or cruel. Just walk away.  Don't take it personally. This person could be jealous of you! So be confident in who you are and goals you have set!

Another thing I do is avoid the person and get on with my life. If you can't be nice to me or don't talk to me, why should I socialise with you. Secondly if people can't say a nice word about you then why want to hang out with them? Sometimes you can't help but have to see them but I would try and make all interactions limited. Be nice and polite but nothing more. That's what I do.

No matter what happens you will never win with a hater!

They will always find new ways of bringing you down or finding ways to make you doubt what you believe, goals or who you are as a person. Never doubt who you are or what you want to do with your life. Once the haters get to you or the things they say stay in your mind, you'll doubt everything. You'll stop doing things you want to do or things you set out to do. You'll stop believing in yourself and you'll stop believing in you.

Don't let anyone that is jealous of your success or life bring you down.

Forget the haters and get on with life! It's toooooo short to worry about what others think!

And to end this blog, I'll leave you with a quote

I always joke about letting the haters motivate you. Everybody has that in their life, people who doubt them or make them feel less than they are. It just takes faith and belief in yourself, and you've got to dig deep into that. That has to come from you - nobody's going to give you that. -  Jennifer Lopez
